My new favorite salad. Hands down.


1/2 – 1 head red cabbage, shredded
1 large head broccoli
1/2 large/1 small red onion, sliced into wedge-shaped slivers
Large handful toasted/roasted peanuts
Sprinkling toasted/roasted sesame seeds
1 batch Sesame-Peanut Salad Dressing


Toss vegetables with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
